Bimlli started with one young software developer and a moment of reflection.
At 21, while working tirelessly for a startup that never paid him for his effort, he realized how easily dedication can go unnoticed — and how important it is to build something that truly creates value.
Living away from home in another city, he often carried a small comfort from home — packets of roasted dry fruits his mother would pack every time he visited during festivals or holidays. Simple, pure, and wholesome, those snacks kept him energized through long coding sessions and reminded him of the warmth of home.
That’s when an idea clicked: What if we could bring back that same kind of honest, nourishing snacking — the kind that actually fuels people, not just fills them?
And so, Bimlli was born — a modern Indian brand built on purity, transparency, and the love for real, nourishing food.
A journey that began by leaving a job with no salary, but a heart full of belief and a dream to build something that truly matters.
